I manage enquiries, bookings and customer communication, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while the team are out on the tools.
Working closely with electricians day to day has given me a good understanding of the types of issues customers call about, so I’ll always do my best to guide you in the right direction and keep things simple.
