We contacted Fairway Electrical Ltd for a second opinion and quote for a full rewire of our flat, after being told by another electrician that a rewire was needed.
From the moment Jason came to inspect the property, we were really impressed. Rather than simply agreeing that we needed a full rewire, he took the time to properly assess everything and explained that he didn’t necessarily think a rewire was urgently needed. He suggested replacing the fuse board and carrying out thorough testing first, which we really appreciated.
He was absolutely right. He took his time with the testing and did a very thorough job, rather than rushing through it or trying to sell us unnecessary work. The whole experience gave us a lot of confidence that we were getting honest, professional advice.
We have dealt with quite a few tradespeople over the years, and honestly, he is the first one who has genuinely impressed us! It is so refreshing to come across someone who takes pride in their work, is knowledgeable, thorough and, most importantly, puts the customer first.
We would 100% recommend Fairway Electrical Ltd and will definitely be using them again for any electrical work we need in the future. Thank you!
